As there are very small number of caf and patisserie available near this location so this is going to be a great opportunity for the sales and branding of this business. They are well experienced with the business, as they have successfully operated a number of cafes and pastry shops before, so they are not new to the business and know the details of the business (Altinay, Paraskevas and Jang, 2015). In a running business one gets busy in the problems and then the bigger picture is forgotten. The successful businesses have to invest their time and budget to prepare budget and the finances and plan the business accordingly. (Bettis et al, 2016). Structured planning is required so that the company can make a differences and it can make a growth of the business. It will help in concentrating on the resources and improving the profits thereby it will reduce the costs and increase the returns on investment (Rahman, 2016). This is a formal process where the business will be able to carry out the major activities which are associated with the business and planning so that there is growth in the areas and there Iare competitors, cash flow and profit. It converts and manages the business development and it is time consuming.The most important thing is that plans are made; they are dynamic and are communicated to everyone involved (Malik et al, 2013). Apart from these common strategies, the company is planning to take some more aggressive strategies in order to make some marketing plans to give some advantage to the business. The aggressive marketing strategies will help to fetch business and will create a platform for the company, which will help to compete with its competitors. These will strengthen its position in the market and people will be more aware about the company. Such a marketing strategy will create an advantageous positioning for the company. Aggressive strategy may include advertisement on digital and print media and other initiatives such as discounts and offers (Nguyen, 2015). Marketing and Advertisement The marketing and advertising in the media strategy should be aggressive in nature and they should give advertisement on local digital and print media so that more number of customers is attracted towards the patisserie. This will help to develop a customer base for the business and shall also help to stabilize the business after the change that is going to take place (Wang and Hariandja, 2016). The patisserie should focus on the up gradation of the quality; they should try to improve on the quality of their food products and beverages, so that it helps to compete with others patisserie. There should be some changes made in the work practices, the customers should be given high priority and they should be provided with the highest quality of services possible so that they stay satisfied. In this way, it will help the caf to retain its customers and thereby help to increase its business (Kim, 2013). The first step is to create a strategy in communicating with the customers with the employees. The vision and the organizational goals understand their responsibility to achieve the goals. Organization will be able to meet the customer understanding of what they need from the market. Organizations meet the goals of the customers and understand what they want. The customer has the assessment for advertising their organization. The hiring will be able to study of the right kind of employees and studying their mind helps in building the strong customer service.
