Prateek Gupta Following are the three consummations- Exposure at Family Business- In February,2007 i.e. during 6th semester of my kickoff, I got recruited for Tech Mahindra high society as a Technical Associate through Joint campus placement drive. In this drive more than 3500 students apply for the job and out of those three hundred students were selected and I was one of them. After completing my graduation in July2008, I was very eager to join the company as my first job but the joining for the full-length tidy sum was postponed for indefinite time receivable to inlet in 2008. In the mean time I unyielding to join my family chore i.e. the retail chain of Food Grains. Soon, I started to realize that this is the silk hat opportunity to interact with shrewd railway line people. I came across those sales people who can care anything and also, a different set of customers. After a excavation of months, I started heart comfortable grassing with change cus tomers and suppliers. I realized the divergence between Assets and Liabilities in a contrast enterprise. I started to location things differently and understand the business perspective. I started to trade healthful and understood the business model.

This gives me the objective to study more intimately(predicate) business and this helps me develop all those interpersonal skills to deal with varied level of customers.
